Moved Hide the cape part of the cloak

Being able to hide the cloak part of the outfit (just like the jomsviking), so just the shoulders and hood parts, would be a great option. There are several outfits that would look much better like that.

@guest-cojihdqf My wife and I have both said this. You can remove the cloak but the next time you go into a distrust area it comes back and doesn't leave unless you remove it again. A simple function to hide it would be nice because then you could still get the "set" bonus for the armor.

And I wish we could remove just the hood and have the cape like the NPCs we meet thought the story.
