Cannot pledge to anything

I cannot continue my main quest, Ceolbert is stucked in my longhouse and I don't have Sciropescire on the Randvi Map.
Can you please help me??? I have 60 hours, level 210, finished everything possible, Asgard completed etc.

@ubi-baron I should've started the Sciropescire Pledge after the East Anglia one. Nothing appeared on the Map. I decided then to finish Havi Saga, Vinland Saga and Jorvik for Haytam. But still, the Sciropescire Pledge do not appear, I can only pledge to a North region (100 levels more than mine) and thats all.
The problem is that Ceolbert is still in my Longhouse, even if he sould've been away from hours of gameplay. Watching YT videos I've seen that this quest (Main Storyline) its available for everyone but for me.

Right now, I have literally completed all the Pledges and still nothing from Sciropescire and the continue of the main quest... Please Ubisoft, I don't have the time for start a new campaign, I truly love what the game gave me and didn't expect this narration and THIS protagonist. I want to continue. -

@stachpogba The issue is still being looked into at the moment, we are looking to gather Save files as mentioned to help us look into this.

@ubi-baron I really want to, but I think it's impossible to transfer game save data from Xbox one to PC. If there is any way to do that, please help me.

@stachpogba I believe you should be able to copy the Save to a Extremal Hard drive or pen drive if you have one available.

@seiferkh i have the exact same issue with song of soma, i really think they need to do something to make sure randvi works as intended, i have 50 some hours in the game and i really dont feel like restarting
