They really should implement a multiplayer.

People that preach ( this is a campaign / solo game alone leave it alone ) I mean what ? You really enjoy completing it over and over again? I highly doubt that...

they could easily implement a multiplayer even with co-oo or quad kinda play with friends.

their is a few factions I can’t remember them all, off the top of my head.

    ~ Vikings
    ~ Britons
    ~ Saxons
    ~ Jotnar
    ~ Picts
    ~ Bandits
    ~ The hidden ones
~  The order of the ancients

They could easily make a system where you choose your race and starting off in rags then finding loot/wealth around the map and making your own settlements even castles etc, You could raid other people’s settlements and burn them to the ground and try become the top dog The alpha of it all.

it would be fun for solo or to even meet up and make alliances or even co-op play, It is endless what they could actually do to make it an enjoyable multiplayer to make this game last longer, or it’s just going to be one of them games like other games, Complete and contemplate on playing again at a later day to just become bored and switch it off, If people actually enjoy assassin creed as a solo game then good for you we all enjoy it too, a lot of us would enjoy a multiplayer system to enjoy more of the game than to just delete from our systems and never play again 🤷🏼♂

I would love to be a giant race and take over the world or even hear a lore of the jotnar race, I would love to be leader of my own settlement / castle and take command and plan raids, run around with friends explore and plan assaults, or even play as the ancient order and plot on killing the hidden ones and everyone else or even being the hidden ones and planning skilled assassinations 🤷🏼♂️.

Like I said their is so many options this game can go, The campaign is going to be quite long also if they add Ireland and other countries to the game, But it’s still going to be the same old kind of missions, rinse and repeat with new dialogue, Multiplayer could also be rinse and repeat but you’ll be screwed on a multiplayer style if your invading someone else’s settlements and the other users are online at the same time and realise, I don’t know what more to add it would be great and unique 👌🏼

~ could also start off as a child, grow up have your own family/children train them take them on scouting missions, teach them etc, I do hope they develop a multiplayer for some of us.

apologies for my bad grammar, Happy Gaming.

also people who love solo campaign please don’t moan on my post I respect your opinion but I low key think half of you just enjoy the campaign and once you fully complete the games you barely even go back onto them, just like my opinion on a multiplayer is to keep my self entertained on a great game, also I enjoyed the old multiplayer it was a ball of fun at times :).

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

@liamgg No, no they shouldn't... multiplayer in the AC series was totally not needed. It would be another [censored] show just like the multiplayer in the previous games.. Totally against multiplayer.

AC multiplayer games in the past were not much fun and even frustrating (AC Unity, anyone?) So I would agree with others here: please no MP for AC Valhalla.

@haggy51 I mean everyone saying no can just play the campaign 🤷🏼♂️ Because people would play the multiplayer regardless of saying ( NO ) just doesn’t make sense to say (NO) to be honest it’s like what people say about other games ( IF THEY MADE OR MAKE A MP JUST DONT PLAY IT IF YOU PREFER THE CAMPAIGN ) it’s as simple as that to be honest, it’s an idea for MP and it would work fine tbh 👌🏼

Multiplayer would be dead within 6 months.
As seen before in other SP games that went the MP route.

This is a campaign / solo game. Leave it alone.

To suggest that they could easily implement a co-op multiplayer demonstrates an inadequate understanding of game development, it would be a huge undertaking if not already baked in and not already included in post-launch plans.

I'd say the chances are close to nil.

I'm gonna have to say NO! Not because I would not likely play the multiplayer, which I really enjoyed; but because the last game to have a multiplayer/coop aspect to it was Unity, and we all know how well that went. Keep it SP and concentrate on making the SP the best that it can be; there is no need to split resources to work on a MP or CoOp mode.

I should have added to my original post: Yes, I do like to play the game multiple times. I have played all the AC games a minimum of 10 times from start to finish. I used to do a yearly thing starting in late June, early July, where I would start with the Original AC and play through the whole series; and this after having played the newest game multiple time throughout the year.

No. This should never be a thing for Assassin's Creed. Absolutely not.

@liamgg Like Unity worked fine? Have to disagree here. AC is an open world RPG. It should remain that way and that way only. Also, if you add Multiplayer, you will almost certainly be taking something away from singleplayer attention wise. Ubisoft should continue to dedicate to singleplayer where AC belongs. Not everything needs multiplayer.
