Cannot receive AC Valhalla Twitch/Prime rewards.

Hey there! So, I logged in to my Ubisoft connect account and linked everything to Amazon. I was logged in to the wrong account as the loot was claimed. I unlinked the account and brought it to the proper one, but still haven't received the in game loot. It's been over two days now and I haven't heard from Ubisoft support or Amazon through twitter or email. I just really want the loot! If anyone can help with advice or who can help fix the issue, I appreciate. I can't seem to put the game down and I'm loving every minute of it!

@nett3y I’m having the same problem, except I linked everything to the correct account. Really frustrating.

Same issue with Prime. Everything linked correctly to right account etc. No sign of the rewards.
