No quest marker to rescue Fulke

During the quest "pelerinage to Saint Alban" I'm supposed to rescue Fulke in the Crypt. I've finished the attack and got the crypt key but then an npc kill the key's keeper.
When I'm going in the crypt Basim and Sigurd are stuck in the stairs and Fulke stays in her jail without moving and no quest marker.

Unfortunately the issue is not solved with Patch 1.1.0 for me. Fulke is still not moving or responding when I open the cell door and there is now way to interact with her. If I run around St. Albanes starting a raid and killing some soldiers the game crashes after 5 to 10 minutes.

can't believe this is still an issue nearly two months later. I'm stuck now and cannot progress the game. It would be nice to know thi has been at least flagged for a patch and that i haven't wasted 100+ hours and my money on a broken game.
