@raphaelzoren Nope, this is no full fix. Unfortunately. If you ever put your cloak on in Gloucecesterscire you will be back where you started. There also may or may not be doors you have missed. It's as if the festival is forever ongoing, like this is an issue because they meant for you to "have fun" in your costume and do halloween. Well, Ubisoft I am definitely not having fun.

Just never put on your cloak in Gloucesterscire. It's forever screwed.

Well I havent seen anything about fixing this [censored] in the next title update announcement....

I got that bug aswell ( among many others ofc ) and I m [censored] off by Ubi aswell, shame on you Ubi, really you r a bunch of greedy guys, releasing packs in the store instead of fixing your game !!!!!

So as a lot of people here I wont play this awsm game until it s fixed up, and not just this insane cloak bug.

@fractal009 They did mention fixing a few cloak issues. Hopefully this is included in that.

The Cloak of Shame stays on... Not sure when the next update is incoming but I don't feel like engaging with this game until this is fixed.

@lsayer92 My experience with Ubisoft and AC games ( goes back to AC1 in its early days) has been relatively smooth until Valhalla. I have to constantly reload previous checkpoints because of glitched interaction points or because Eivor gets stuck somewhere. Now this thing where this Mari Lwyd cloak stays on, that's an immersion killer. There are cutscenes where this mask and cloak combo stays on Eivor protruding from her face and I just can't take the scene seriously.

Just installed TU 1.04 but I’m still wearing the damned cloak and mask.

Tried restarting PS and reloading game, fast traveled, removed clothing, spammed hide/unhide, exit enter animus and all the other things other have tried.
Traveled to Vinland where is disappeared, but came back when traveling back to England.

I’m SO disappointed.

the problem is still happening after the patch. who knows might get fixed in the new year

I have just installed the last patch (1.0.4). The glitch is still there. Enjoy.
I am just so [censored]. I have played half of the game with this [censored] bug and i am at 95 % now.
And obviously, we can't contact the support since one week at least. Chat or Mail.
Seriously Ubisoft ? We are not just a money-making machine.

Whenever I'm in Glowecestrescire, the Mari Lwyd hood overrides my current hood. When I leave the region, it reverts to normal when I activate my hood. I basically can't visit Glowecestrescire without being forced to wear the dumb horse skull.

@fylkirpanzer I'm trying it out with the valkyrie set, I tired entering the region from another region with the cloak on, still nothing. There's no dialogue option with Gunnar to remove the hood when I talked to him at my settlement. I'm playing on PS4.

@galaxianwinter So for one reason or another, anytime I use the cloak in Glowecestrescire, it defaults to the hideous Samhain cloak. However, when I exit that entire region, and fiddle with the armor a bit, the cloak returns to normal. At least that's how it's been for me. You'd figure that would be one of their priority fixes, along with tons of story progression bugs, etc.

Yes Ubisoft thinks we r just a bunch of fools giving away money for unfinished games...

@lupuswolf65 There are 10 million posts about this glitch. I can't imagine they didnt see one of it. More, i wonder how they test their game before launching it.
A minor graphic bug, you stay stuck up, why not....it happens. But that glitch ? You can't even enjoy your skins you bought lol. And it's systematic.
That's a joke.

On the other hand they can spend some time to develop news skins to make more money (a new skin appeared with 1.0.4)
