im still not able to get rid of the mari lwyd cloak/mask after trying several of the suggested fixes in this thread. does ubisoft have a solution for this?

So after the Assassins Creed Halloween event quest^^ where we need to trick or treat on some doors with the dead raven mask,
the robe cant be changed anymore, i cant get RIP of this feather robe, and that looks really bad
That is totally crazy, grinding the last days hard as f... to get the THOR FULL SET, also closed to finish the game. REALLY ANNOYING
I hope this will be fixed soon!!

@lupuswolf65 i may have found a way to fix it (worked for me) go to alliance table spam x or a on gloucestershire back out leave the map table room the put hood on

@knockedgorgon49 yep been a couple days now since the glitch happened to me and so far no fixes have worked, its sadly killing my drive to play this game

After completed the Glowecesterscire story the Semhain Mask and Cape is not removing from Eivor. But only in England. I traveled in other worlds and the cape is gone. Anybody can help me with some advise?

@ubi-litten im also having this problem and its really putting me off playing such an amazing game. Is there no solution ?

its forcing me to wear the same cloak regardless of how many times i try to change it in the inventory & the cloak it's forcing me to wear is the halloween cloak with the skull mask from glowecestrescire and i don't even have that cloak and mask in my inventory

Edit: Worked after 6 restarts and some uncloak/cloak spam.

@lsayer92 People have been posting different solutions that have fixed the issue for themselves but so far nothing ive tried has worked for me, guess just gotta wait till this gets fixed by ubisoft

Just ran into this today after completing this area, I'm at a point where I can't go back further then when I first had the cloak so I'm stuck until a fix removes the mask and cloak. I don't plan on progressing further until this is figured out. No posted solutions work for any amount of time.

So I finished the wicker man quest line and assumed I’d get my cloak back but I have not and I’m stuck with the disguise given during that quest line. I ran around the glowerecestre after finishing hoping I’d had just forgotten to get my stuff back but I can’t even open any doors it’s only letting me knock. I’ve tried starting a new quest, tried switching cloaks on and off, and still stuck with it. I’m not 100% sure if this is a bug or if I just missed something somehow but it’s kinda ruining the experience for me since now my character runs around with a horse skull on her face all the time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So no matter what I do I cannot get rid of this cloak. I've finished the Quest Arc there and I was told I'd get my cloak back from Gunnar but nothing ever came out of that comment. I restarted my game and it gave me my normal cloak back, but as soon as I ran into a suspicion area it reverted back to the ugly cloak with the deer skull. No matter how many times I cloak/uncloak and restart my game now I cannot get rid of it.

I'm running into the same issue, and no matter how many times I cloak and decloak, reload or restart my game I'm stuck with the Samhain cloak.

I think I may have solved it. I had my helmet hidden this whole time, and unhid it. At that point the deer skull mask was morphing into the helmet until I toggled the cloak on, and the cloak and everything reverted to my equipped Raven cloak. I've been able to toggle it off and on and show/hide it so far. I saved it at that point, restarted and then loaded my game and haven't seen it again.

which helmet did you use? because the one i’m seemed to be using isn’t working it just takes off the helmet and puts the mask back on.
