I have collected all artifacts according to the map and a guide, though my artifact count is telling me I only have 12 of 13.
All wealth and mysteries are completed, one artifact remains for completion of lincolnscire.

Found it. It's south west of Whisby. There is are two houses with some minor treasures inside so that should show up on your map. When you get close enough you'll see the cursed symbol on your radar.
