Hidden One's Bureau Icon do not display on the map after I explored the place

As the title said I have an issue regarding the bureau icon, seems it doesn't display on the map even I grabbed all the things inside Bureau Ratae in Ledecestre, I tried to re-visit the bureau several times but it still doesn't appear on the map. Is it possible to fix the issue by adding some sort of condition checking on the icon?
