I believe I am at the final stage of the artifacts as Octavian says this will complete his collection. However..he refuses to take them. I have the required number and can select the option to turn them in, but they never get removed from my inventory. I can select it unlimited times but never get the reward.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Still nothing. I even resorted to third party tools to remove/add artifacts to my save and it still doesn't work. I have almost 80 hours on this save, 100 percenting every area and now my save is screwed.
Well..looks like I won't get help with this. Searching these forums, I'm apparently the only person to have this issue. Super.
Hi,
I have probably the same or very similar problem - when I come to Octavian, I have available (white) option to give him 17 artifacts, but I can't give it to him as pressing A doesn't initiate that action.
But, when I look to inventory, I have only 16 artifacts.
I have whole map picked up, missing only one artifact in Suthsexe, so that's why, I think it is one of the Roman artifacts missing.
But I checked both places (1,2) in Suthsexe and both Roman artifacts here are already collected.
@numbrxer0 I ran into this problem and searched the forum and found this thread. I also have the exact same problem as you.
@ratioad
I have every achievement done except for the 100% and Roman artifacts. I'm short two artifacts for some reason and the reason I'm not done with 100% is because Eurvicscire and Oxeneford hoard solutions are bugged for me. If those two could complete, I'd be 100% but still stuck with only 15 Roman Artifacts... for some reason.
Hello, and thank you all very much for your patience! I am sorry that you have not been able to turn in the Roman Artifacts, and that a couple of you are missing some Artifacts as well. To start, please verify your game files if you have not already, and then test your game again. If that does not resolve it, would you be able to provide a video from your gameplay that shows trying to speak to Octavian to deliver the Artifacts? If so, just post it to YouTube as unlisted and provide the link here.
In addition, if you are not playing on PC and experiencing either issue, please let me know! Also, NumbrXer0, verifying your game files my help with the Beodricsworth raiding issue as well.
@georgerik I had this exact same problem, turns out one of them wasn't showing on my map unless I was like directly on top of it. Grantebridgescire #3 (on IGNs Roman artifact walk-through), 200m North of Black Peak inside the ruins
Does anyone know how to fix this issue on Xbox? I've obtained all Roman Artifacts but my inventory only shows 14. It is highlighted that I can turn in the 17 needed but it doesn't work like everyone else. I stop playing this game because I can't get this or the 100% achievement now.
@jeromew112 Hey there, and sorry to see you have encountered this on Xbox as well. I highly suggest power cycling your console, as that can resolve a decent amount of issues. However, if still persisting afterwards, try changing your Exploration difficulty to 'Adventurer' and then try turning in the Artifacts again. If you are still unable to turn in the 17 Roman Artifacts, please provide a video from your gameplay that shows your inventory stating you only have 17, but is showing that you can turn in 17. For a video just post it to YouTube as unlisted and then send me the link.
Well, I came back to this for the DLC after all this time and I still have these issues. My raid is still stuck and I still can't turn in my artifacts. The non-solution of verifying files does not work as this is a clean re-install. So no one has figured this out?
@numbrxer0 Thank you for coming back to this thread and letting me know that you are still unable to turn in these Artifacts. Since this is continuing to occur, would you be able to provide a video from your gameplay that shows you are able to select turning them in but that they do not get removed? For a video just post it to YouTube as unlisted and then send me the link. Images would work as well.
Additionally, I have gone ahead and let the Game team know that you are still seeing this issue in-game, and have forwarded up the information that you have provided so far.
@numbrxer0 Also, for the Beodoricsworth Monastery raid that is still showing on your map, can you provide an image showing that the marker is still there? While also showing that you have 100% wealth in that area.
