Can't access the Hati Wolf Mount

I've completed the required quest and built a stable but still can't access the Hati Wolf mount.

@stretchwiles there’s a ton of people with this issue on all platforms Ubisoft hasn’t given out a solution or a response yet.

I am also curious about this as I purchased the Ultimate edition and was under the impression that the wolf mount was to be awarded at the end of the Berserker quest. I have done the quest, and never got any notification that it was available.
I had the same issue with the pet wolf from the mission with the kids in the settlement. I finished it and was never notified that I had the first level of Man's Best Friend, but I got the book of knowledge for it, so I only have one level.
