NPC's not moving and Games crashes sinces 1.04

Patch 1.04 didn't really improve the game.
Since the patch I have tried the quest "Old Friends" but Trygg just got on his horse and didn't move. Then I did something different and when I came back he started walking, after accepting the quest again. Staggered from one side of the street to the other like a drunk boar, but still.
After the battle, the same thing with Vili, first he walks around aimlessly and knocks around with his axe, then he gets on his horse and wants to show me something but did not move anythere since then.
I just ignored the quest and moved away, then i came to Stanborough the quest with Vili just disapperad and i got a new one in the near auf stanborough
In addition, the game has frozen twice since the patch. The 2nd time I had to end it via the task manager.
