Is It Possible Downgrade Update 1.04 To 1.02?

After this newest update I am having problems playing the game on this newest update. I should easily be getting 60fps and over on my pc but for some reason it kinda caps around 30 and doesn't want to go higher. 1.02 was perfectly fine so I was wondering if it's possible to change my game version or am I basically going to have to suffer even more while playing this game. Any info is appreciated. Thanks!
(Also I have no clue if I posted in the right place and I'm sorry if it's in the wrong spot, but I'm in dire need of a fix to this issue.) -
@lewdakuma Have you checked your graphics settings? I noticed that when I started up the game after the patch, that it had reset to Ultra High even though I had used custom settings.

Check your graphics settings,adaptive resolution might have been turned ON automatically.

The update has effectively broken the entire game for thousands of people and needs to be rolled back and perhaps open a quality control department Ubisoft?

If you have not updated the game yet I strongly suggest you DO NOT UPDATE!!!!

@sgt-halibut Ya honestly this broke more than it quoted it would fix and something needs to be done. (Doubt it will though) Sadly I'm stuck on this update now and will just have to play literally any other game until this problem gets fixed. Hopefully the fix it before Cyberpunk 2077 because once that game comes out I'm not touching any other game for at least 6 months.
