Missing Zealot? Bugged or just unlucky?

Hello
I need to kill 1 more Zealot, Cola. I have looked up his "location" on various websites but no matter what place I go to, no matter how long and far I let my crow fly around... I can't find him. I've been looking for hours, literally... I camped in 1 spot, watched tv for 2 hours and still nothing. Can it be that he's bugged? only spawns after Sons of Ragnar(on which I'm stuck). I have no idea and I really would like some help.

@guest-7oxstewh I am having the same problem. I had found him in Grantebridgescire and now all of a sudden he will not show up on my map. So frustrating...the amount of glitches and bugs is unreal.
