Of the 5/6 clues for The Father I do have are from The Instrument, The Keel, The Lyre, The Rake, and The Vice. Perhaps this will help in the investigation.

@madeezy thanks mate, I managed to get it to work by closing the game down 100% then restarting it.

I completed every single thing in game and still dont have the last clue for The Father. I even thought The Father will be coming in DLC or something until i saw this post. There is no way I am gonna spend another 125 hours because of this [censored] so I hope you will be fixing this soon.

@imaginaryruins Thats not whats happening here, some how, we got enough medallions to turn into Hytham for the cloak- COMPLETLY bypassing the final step of the order "the father" now hytham never goes to the long house to give us the last step... so yeah not just misleading but also BUGGED

@ImaginaryRuins This is just wrong. Hytham doesnt offer any quest at all. His only dialogue options are "What do you do here" and "I have to go". Here is the video:

@realxpsgaming I was in similar circumstances, until I realized on my alliance map I hadn't pledged to take Hamtunscire. If you haven't done so, play through the Hamtunscire Arc/Pledge ... new quests will open up, along with the final clue.

everyone whos suffering from this glitch already has thor's cloak, so somehow we're getting the 15 medallions before the father is cooked, doesn't seem like that hard of an issue to hunt down? i dont understand why odd job side quests world event bugs are getting all the attention, and this game ruining bug that stops you from completing the end is being pushed under the rug..... been waiting patiently for 10 days.... support pops in here asked for console save files ignores the PC user requests for proper procedure on how to attach our saves

yeah, it's pretty cut and dry: you can finish the mission and get the cloak as soon as you killed all members EXCEPT the father and so even if you didn't do the poor soldier quest.

so if you finish the quest before the last territory arc, the game think the order quests are finished when they are not ( when you get the thor cloak, eivor reveals the name of the father and seems to think she killed him)

@UbiKobold i don't understand how you can appear to be clueless as how it would happen since all people having the problem have the same pattern of finishing the order medaillon quests before the last arc. i mean that's not some kind of random weird edge case, killing all the order members before finishing the story arcs is really easy to do.
did this game was tested at all or what?

i have collected every clue and finish the story I have every piece of Thor’s armor and hytham still won’t give me the last clue to finish the game . What are you doing about this problem except ignoring it ????

@jeje_71 i agree this is not real good for the game. Its kinda gamebrekaing this bug.
Also its monday, weekend is over we should get an official clarification for this aswell but still nothing, ooh well i will be busy with cyberpunk 2077 soon anyway. And i will forget this game very quick, they have to fix this bug its taking to long now.

@UbiKobold Hey UbiKobold, not sure if this helps, but I'm having the same issue, and I found this interesting. When I was going through the order and collecting the medallions, I achieved the (Hand in 15 Order Medallions) milestone and at this point, the game revealed who the father actually was. So I handed in the first few milestones, and got the respective awards, but then for the one for 15 Medallions, it just straight up spoiled who the father was and gave me no reward. Unsure if that helps at all, but even if there's a chance of it being linked.

Edit: I should add, at the 15 medallions milestone, I still had a bunch of order members left to uncover and kill

@ubikobold 1. Hytham did give me a letter from poor fellow of christ.
2. Hamtunscire is the name of the region, not a village, or cant i see it on the map? Have ALL regions completed, including eurvicscire- although marked with a crow, I am still pledged another bug?
3.breaking order NOT complete as I have one clue for Father missing, and only 14 medallions. Hytham requires 15. Have all members of order and zealots EXCEPT father killed. Poor fellow mission not showing in quest list, NOR completed missions- although there are several BLANK completed quests.

4. See point 2. ALL REGION PLEDGES completed, though eurovscire bugged in some way.
5.playing on series x, though game was started on xbox one x, then I continued on series x upon launch day.

Pretty infuriating bug, since not much I can do in game, since I've been clearing side activities and anomalies etc waiting for a fix

@jc-the-apostate what you experienced is user error. not completing the game. the rest of us are encountering an actual game breaking bug.
