Hi, I'm currently playing Valhalla (PS4, Update 1.04) when I came across what seems to be a bug - several dozen hours ago after reaching settlement level 3, I built Valka's seer's hut but didn't proceed with the "Dream's" quest that she gives you (where you pick the thistle around her hut). I was reminded by a friend that it is a quest I ought to do, but when I return to her hut, there is no quest or prompt to speak to Valka. I can still pick the thistle but still have no prompt. There is no eye icon on the map indicating that I have already done the quest. Would very much like help, thanks.

Also, can confirm the Dreams quest does not show up as a completed quest or as an actively available quest.

Same problem. Settlement is now level 5 and she’s pretty much non responsive. I never got the quest to bring her luggage to her hut to begin with

@srryim2goodferu I think I remember bringing her luggage to her hut but absolutely nothing happened after that. But that was 25-30+ hours of progress ago so I'm not 100% sure. Ironically, the In Dreams glitch seems to have now caused a much later main story quest to now glitch out (A Brewing Storm), according to other people who have the In Dreams glitch.

The In Dreams mission never populated when I build Seer's Hut and I still cannot talk to her to get the mission so I can get her ingredients. I looked it up thinking i was a fool but there is nothing on there showing me how to get the mission besides building her hut which i did. I went and grabbed the ingredients but I can not give them to her and I cannot talk to her I have tried resetting the game I have tried numerous days in a row now and I cannot get the mission so I can populate Asgard. PLEASE HELP!

I installed the update in full on December 16. I'm not dying when Asgard returns.I've already stated that this problem is solved.when you decide to return to asgard, the game begins for your barrier. the barrier is red, not green.I killed some of the Jotuns, but there are other Jotuns far away from the barrier.I spent 2 hours pulling the jotuns into the barrier.when I get out of the barrier, you die because my energy runs out fast.I would like to point out that you have 5 life rotaion.I even used a bow and arrow to pull the Jotuns into the barrier.in short, I can't kill because all the Jotuns haven't come, and this episode doesn't end.I can't do another mission in asgard because I'm stuck for your barrier.I'm going back to England.When will this problem be solved?it hasn't been solved in a month.how can such a simple problem not be solved?

@Ubi-Woofer Here is an older thread I created last month regarding the Valka story mission "In Dreams" not appearing and there being no dialogue prompt for Valka, despite having plenty of thistles in my inventory. The video I sent you is also attached here.

@ubi-woofer I legitimately have no idea how to attach a save file from a PS4 to a support request. The articles you provide are of literally no help whatsoever because it only tells me how to find the save data file but not how to get it from my PS4 to my computer as a file that I can then compress. I am so frustrated by this. I have literally looked this up and the only articles I've found about it have said that even if you could extract a saved data file, it's encrypted as a file without an extension, so it's not even able to be opened on anything other than a PS4.

@ubi-woofer Here is a second video showing the same issue but also showing 10 thistles in my inventory under "Quest items", even though (as shown in the previous video) the quest "In Dreams" does not appear in any quest lists and Valka does not display a dialogue prompt.

The game is updated to the most recent version on my PS4.

As far as uploading a save file, I do not have a way to do that, unfortunately.

The ‘in dreams’ mission on Asgard is broken I been loadin and reloading the game for 2 days now there is no option on how to continue to the next part of the mission then I end up stuck in the mission can’t fast travel back to settlement... all the other bugs and freezing of the game restarting the game has worked but this is broken... disappointed cause was really enjoying the game 

@domtun87 you don't have the option to wake up near the jotun gate?

@bhr55567 no I have to go to options load the previous auto save takes me back to settlement if I drink the potion to go back to Asgard take me straight back to that builder guy painting on the rock and enemies run at me 1 by one was sat there for half hour killing them one at a time. Can’t do anything else if I leave the red shield I die and it same thing when it loads back in

I can't talk to Valka. It's the same as before the patch.
I've build her house and didn't receive the In Dreams mission. She sits inside and no dialogue option pops out.

Hey - can anyone help? Is there a fix for the “in Dreams” sequence to get to Asgard. Mine does not appear and I can not interact with Seer?

I have built the hut, my settlement is level 5, I am well over 100 on skills...

Really don’t want to have to start the game from scratch!
