A quick FYI to Ubisoft, simply because I've only just remembered this happened.
After completing nine of the ten Animus anomalies I happened to exit the Animus and visit Layla's laptop. I discovered that I had access to the full Truth video (without audio, curiously). I later completed the tenth anomaly, in Norway, and was able to enjoy the full video with audio, so I have to imagine the early unlock was unintentional. -
@abeonis that seems intentional cause i got that as well, after 9 video unlocked with no sound, i assume 10 adds sound
