    I was playing for around 4 hours today and my stats have not updated on the ubisoft connect app, neither on mobile or desktop.

    Anyone experiencing the same issue?

    Same here, stats stuck to before the update and a problem with one of the save IG.
    Hopefully i had some manual

    Playing on PC.

    @krou73 I also have this problem. Ubiconnect stats have not been updating for about a week now. The numbers are frozen and do not reflect my progress in the game. Very frustrating. Unsure if it is a known issue or not.

    To be completely clear, my stats in Ubisoft Connect are not updating for Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

    Ubiconnect stats for Valhalla have not been updating for over a month now. The numbers are frozen and do not reflect my progress in the game. 

    For example, things like hours played, total power level, total kills, total progress etc. remain the same number despite what I do in the game. 

    Very frustrating. 😞

    Hello! Thank you all for your patience during these busier times, and I appreciate the updates regarding this issue. This is currently under investigation by the Game team. However, if you wouldn't mind, could you each provide your answers to the following questions?

    • What platform are you playing on? If playing on multiple, provide all that apply.
    • What is not tracking properly? Challenges, stats, or both?
    • Does it seem that the progress that has been tracked is incomplete (only accounting some of the actions you've taken in-game) or does it show up as 0?
    • Is this reflected in the website as well?


    Also, if you would not mind creating a Ticket and attaching your save files. Then I can forward all of this information up to the Game team to be included with the investigation. Thanks so much!
