Trouble starting a mission

Having a trouble starting the "Blood of Gods" mission. I traveled all the way to the top of the hill to the marker and I don't see the "interact" option on my screen. Even if I press "Y" to interact, nothing happens. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
