I Can´t progress in 2 Storylines!

Hello Guys
i´m currently playing AC Valhalla at the PS4 and have some Major Issues to progress in 2 Storylines
First one: Pilgrimage to St. Albanes
After clearing the Area and and going to the underground chamber where i talked with the monk, the NPC Fulke doesnt interact with me, theres no Interaction Button to move on.
Sigurd standing in the chamber doing nothing and Basim disappeared. (Maybe theres a bug where my Vikings from the Pillage killled the Monk after i talked to him?)
Reloading save games before the Quest started did not help!
Second one: Prey in High Hall
I followed Wulfhilda to Brisleah, shes standing in the Hall and i cant interact with her (same problem, there appears no butten to interact with her)
The NPC on the top of the hall is crying and thats all, no interaction possible.
Save game realods doing nothing again.
I´m really hoping for a patch to come out the fixes these "no Interaction" Problems
