Settlement building bug

Hey, so I have built the Grain Farm and the Cattle Farm when I was at level 4, but the sign which allows to build is still there for some reason ? So I can build these multiple times, it seems, with materials cost increasing. So I fear I am not going to be able to upgrade the settlement completely as I have built those 2 buildings multiple times.

Same here, on PC, so far the Chicken farm, the Cattle farm and the Grain farm are concerned on my save. I've built them, they are built physically, costed me ressources, but the sign is still here, asking me more than I already spent.
In "crow view" they still appears greyed aswell (and it seems there no NPC's too in any of these buildings) -
It seems that you can in fact upgrade some buildings twice, but this is really poorly exposed. The only thing i found was the "settlement document" in Eivor's room, explicitly telling that some buildins have a 2e upgrade...
