this is Southwest of the center fast travel point. I had already opened the windows during normal running around. All the windows have light shining in but it does not illuminate the one lectern to the right of Asser. When I talk to him it does not progress the mystery. there are some branches up above that I tried burning and chopping, but they go nowhere. It was the only thing that could potentially be blocking any light. There are no obstacles in the way.
