Moved Unable to get an answer on how/when we can play AC Valhalla as intended

First of all I am sorry for all the moderators on this forum who tried to help us, but sadly they could not, as they are not developers.
After 13 days of silence since submitting a ticket reporting bugs, 9-10 days after the bugs "have been recognized" by the dev team I now demand:- an answer on when the bugs will be fixed (in particular, the Randvi romance bugged quest, and the buggged settlement interaction);
- an apology for how we, the gamers and your final customers, have been misled by buying to say the least such an unpolished game (unfinished & untested);
Finally, as a shareholder of the company, I would also like a clarification on how is it possible to release a product in this horrible condition, which clearly harmed Ubisoft's reputation. -
Okay so I haven't complained, and I wasn't going to reply to this thread, either, but after booting up the game and seeing a brand new store pack has been added while the game is still unplayable is downright disgusting. How dare Ubisoft release a unfinished product - to the point where I cannot continue to play nor complete important questlines - and instead of FIXING the issues with the game they have the gall to spend their time trying to take more of my money when I still haven't received what I already paid for.
I so done. You can certainly count on me to never purchase an Ubisoft title again. -

Even if this pack had already been made or was made by a completely different team, it is still unacceptable to release new paid for content while the base game is unplayable for many of your paying customers.
