Hamtunscire Reading Abbey Raid bug

I don't know if anyone posted this bug yet and I wanted to get it posted.
I am currently playing on Xbox one X and currently at power level 254 and I have yet to complete my 2nd alliance acquisition. I have gotten to reading Abbey (I believe since I can see the full name due to the raw materials icon over the name) In every chest for raw materials my character glitches and stutters back and forth instead of opening the chest. As a result when I cancel out of the action the npc that was going to open the chest with me is locked trying to open the chest and now has the icon for a downed ally. I checked with every chest in the Reading Abbey and the glitch happened the same thing all of the time. To see if I can work around it I have tried to fast travel to the ship to start the raid again and fast travel to a nearby synchronization point. Neither of them worked. -
I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling that that seemed to fix the bug. Also this is on the digital version of the game.
