I had just completed the Suthsexe main quest line and had the icon for new letters in Eivor's room. There were two listed, one from Hytham and one from Erke. I clicked on the one from Hytham first, which triggered a new quest... but also made the letter from Erke disappear. I'm really sad about this because I like the NPCs in the game and want to experience all the character content! I even went and completed another main questline (the one with Gunnar's quest for a bride) but the letter did not reappear. Taking the Wincester quest on the alliance map has also not caused the letter to show up again. Exiting/reloading didn't help, and my auto-saves were all from after having taken the Hytham letter.
In general, could there be a way to re-read old letters? Sometimes you click through too fast, sometimes you just want to look it up again. I haven't found any record of the old letters anywhere in game.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
