@ubi-woofer Have the patch and still can’t knock on the druids door

@iker635 @MARSDENx Thanks to you both for getting back to me. Just to confirm, are you both still stuck on the step to knock on Halewyn's door? If so, please ensure to wear the Mari Lwyd disguise, as he will not respond to you unless you are wearing it. I'd also recommend performing a full restart of your console / PC, just to verify that the update has been correctly applied to your game.
Regarding the patch notes, they are published, so could you show me what the page looks like to you? Is this in-game or where I linked them?Official Response -
@ubi-woofer I don't have the druid's door open. I'm stuck when you turn on the straw dolls and then he has to tell you the riddle, well I turn on the dolls and he won't let me interact with him to tell me the corresponding riddles.

@iker635 After restarting your system as directed, can you provide me with a short video showing that you're wearing the Mari Lwyd outfit, that you've lit all five wickermen on fire, and that you're still unable to speak to Halewyn? He should turn around when all five are lit, and then when he speaks the first riddle, you'll need to decline to answer and enter his house to find the information you need.

Ive restarted the PS5, fast travelled and come back etc, i’m wearing the disguise and no option to interact with the door.
The patch notes in game are showing now after I restarted the console.
Also since restarting the console the new skill points are not showing on my skill tree -

@ubi-woofer Unbelievable. Your patch states you've fixed the issue, but after updating and logging in I still can't interact with the druid's door with or without mask. I've paid for a game I can't finish for 1,5 months now. Is this the way Ubisoft supports it's customers? You'd rather develop a Yule festival instead of fixing a game breaking bug?
I understand that a game can have bugs after it's release. I work in software developement and at my company we fix blocking issues first. These issues prevent the player from playing the game. How can you focus on anything other than blocking issues?
Steps to rerpoduce:- Accept quest
- Go to druid's door without mask
- He tells you to wear one
- Wear the mask
- Blocking issue: can't interact with the door anymore

@iker635 @MARSDENx Direct uploads to the site aren't possible - it would be preferred if you could upload the video to a site such as YouTube, so that the link can easily be shared between the various teams who will need to look into this. Drop the video link here once it's available and I'll get them immediately sent over to the devs for them to look at.
Thanks for letting me know restarting your console helped make the patch notes visible as well, MARSDENx. Regarding new skills, are you referring to three on the outer edges of the skill tree? We received reports of these being temporarily available due to an issue however I don't believe they're meant to be present in-game. So if you can't see them, that's intended.
@Remy-K Hello! There were two issues that I was aware of previously - one with the objective not completing to finish Clues and Riddles, and the one you mention with regard to interacting with the door. It unfortunately does not appear that both have been fully fixed by this patch, so I'm gathering information to reopen the investigation into the latter issue. Thank you for the reproduction steps - a video of you performing these would be helpful if you could provide one.Official Response -

This is still broken for me following the update, I'm on PS5.
The Droid is dancing on the step, I have the prompt 'Help Halewyn prepare for the ritual'. I have lit the 5 scarecrows and collected the 5 clues and nothing further happens, there is no prompt to talk to him I've restarted etc numerous times and its exactly the same, left the area, come back etc, tried mask on / mask off nothing changes.
150 hours into the game and unable to progress further for over a month, no recent save game so cant restart. -

@Ubi-Woofer nice job two patch in 1 months and im still stuck in frotn of that door from this 15th of December....u guys sucks and i will never by anymore from your company cause u dont give a [censored] about people who had paid 70 pound for a game and you are not even try to fix that....

Yes the new skills opened up when I first loaded today but are no longer showing since restarting the game, I have 2 skill points instead of mastery points now. -

This is a joke still can not speak to him behind his door 190 hour played doing random crap and yet still can't finish the game get it sorted
