@kleinastyla The patch notes (1.0.4) said they would become available at settlement 6. If that isn't yet enabled, then that's a bug.

@killking18 same here. kinda ridiculous how hard it is to find fabric. I haven't been able to upgrade my ration pouch for a long while now.

@janvill i can't complete game for 100% bcs i need offer Fabric to Altar...

Can't find any fabric in any chests and also can't buy any. Makes it a little hard to get the platinum.

@graplevader One of the updates fixed the top end cap by 5 fabric. If you don't have 5 lootable chests that aren't supplies left on your save file, you won't be able to get the fabric you need for the offering shrine.

I begin a new match due a bug in a world event pig of prophecy and yesterday open 40 chest and no one had fabric and the patch is 1.04

The patch was supposed to fix this by letting us buy it, but it didnt help anyone. My quiver isn't even upgraded all the way and I still can't find any.

I have only upgraded my rations and have not found fabric in like 40 hours. It is literally the last thing I need for the 100 percent trophy and platinum. I need to make the offering of 5 pieces, and I only have 1. I cannot buy it at my settlement like the patch said I could. PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE FIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Both versions are up to the latest patch. I tried it on both versions (ps4/ps5) of the game with the save file and the merchants didn't have fabric.
I even bought out the full stock of the merchant excluding the cosmetics to see if the trader will have a new inventory once restocked but the traders didn't restock at all after over 20+ meditations, fast travels around the game, even travelling to norway,vinland, asgard, and jotunheim. idk if that's also another bug.

I'm playing on PC and my settlement is lvl 6, yet no trader sells the fabric for me to complete the mission to donate 5. I saw in the recent update that this would be fixed, but it has not.

This game got more glitches than any other game i've played. They can correctly nerf overpowered parts of the game with no problem though.

Have nearly exhausted all small chest settlement at 6 and I need 2 fabric to complete my ration pouch...I tried doing the sacrifice before upgrading the ration pouch to max and still can't find the last two fabric I need...and can't buy them in traders either...maybe the next patch...

None of the traders sell Fabric with the new patch and I’ve looted almost everything, no fabric spawn for me. I am unable to complete my rations pouch! My settlement is maxed. (Xbox SX).
