Locked Solved [RESOLVED] Fabric no longer lootable after fully upgrading the quiver and rations pouch | POST HERE

Hello everyone,
Thank you for all of these updates regarding your issues with looting fabric in-game. In patch 1.0.4, we did make two changes to fabric provisions, which should have resolved the issue with the supply of fabric and also enabled you to complete "Offering Altar" (Dobby's Altar):- Increased fabric limit to 82.
- Added fabric to traders once the settlement has reached Level 6.I am glad that for many of you this issue is resolved as expected, however I do see some of you mentioning that the issue persists. I am very sorry to hear this, and will do everything I can to get this looked into again if it persists. From those of you still impacted, I'd therefore like to collect the following in the following format please:
- Confirmation of the platform you play on; if on a console, which exact model (e.g. PS4 Pro, Xbox Series S, Xbox One X)
- Confirmation as to whether you have fully upgraded your quiver and rations pouch, per the thread title
- Confirmation of the quantity of fabric you are carrying
- Confirmation of the issue you are having, ie. cannot complete the altar, or cannot fully upgrade a pouch
- A video showing that you are unable to acquire additional fabric through the vendor if your settlement is level 6

@ubi-woofer I'm confused. Most of the replies here say it is not resolved. Sorting by newest to oldest shows everyone is still having issues.
I have spent 120 hours on this and the last thing I need to do for the platinum is get 4 pieces to make the offering. I have tried it on PS5 and PS4 pro. No chest have it, no one sells it. I cannot do the offering. I have my rations upgraded, not bow. I can't even get enough to do the offering, much less the bow.
I will upload a video showing I have one fabric and the merchant doesn't sell it. -

In the megathread section, ubisoft marked the fabric glitch as resolved, when there are dozens of people in that thread saying its not. How? Why? We can still not buy fabric or find it anywhere.

PLEASE, I AM BEGGING YOU, FIX THIS. JUST LET US BUY IT AT THE SETTLEMENT. 120 HOURS IN THIS GAME, THE 5 FABRIC OFFERING IS ALL I NEED FOR THE PLATINUM!

@sofajockey yes you are right but u cannot buy more until you reached the cap i was at 14/21 fabric i buyed 5 from trader then i was 19/21 and now i cannot buy more. and this is just for my healing pounch, for the trophy i need 5 more.Summary: I need 7 fabric to solve that bug.

I cannot believe Ubisoft moved the fabric glitch thread to RESOLVED, when there were almost no people in there saying it was fixed. Everyone says it is NOT fixed. We can still not get fabric anywhere or buy it. I need 4 pieces to platinum this game. If such a small thing keeps me from that, I will never buy a ubisoft game again. Please fix this minor issue!

I have completely improved my quiver and my rations, but as a result I can't get any more fabric out of chests. -

PS4 standard.
Quiver and Rations both fully upgraded.
4 fabric / unable to complete offering.
Settlement is lvl 6
No trader/merchant sells fabric. I just need one. Good grief. I'm lvl 400 + over at least a dozen mastery lvls. Fix this please. -

Even after update I cannot find fabric nor is it offered in my shops at a level 6 settlement please fix!!!!!! Fully upgraded rations and since then nothing.
