Moved Draugr armor can’t upgrade?

Bought the armor from the store for the three slots got it in game only 1 slot. Fully upgraded it went to the blacksmith can’t increase rarity or get anymore slots.Am I missing something please help me

@mut3dmike i have the same problem.
I bought the Huldufolk armor set but its stuck at the Superior grade set instead of Mythical and I cant upgrade it. But according the the helix store it supposed to be mythical grade. -
Contact support for that one man.
Yeah the items from the store start out as Mythical with only 2 stat upgrades on them, so its not functioning as intended. -
@ultimatepowa I did contact support they said it was a gameplay issue and to come to the forums feeling like I wasted my money

I bought the gothic armor and am having this same issue. I also went to Ubisoft support, with no success with their solutions. Anyone get past this?
