Ubisoft,
Stellar game, I've loved every bit of it so far and I love the direction the game is going in. It's a lot of fun and I love the Viking theme.
There is a growing concern and disappointment however in the recent trailing and declining sound quality. It started with Origins and has decreased ever since. 21000Hz across the board for every sound in the game however is jarring and sounds quite displeasing.
A recent reddit post on r/Games goes into detail about this issue, but to put it simply and quickly many people like myself find the poor sound quality the biggest thing dragging this game down. Note, I am in no way an audiophile. It's just really that bad, and I'm sure you know it.
I understand this is most likely not intentional design and is most likely due to memory constraints on the current gen of consoles. This is fine, but I don't play on those consoles and I find it unfair and cheap that I must suffer because of it while playing on my PC. I won't laden this post with negative words but I wish to put across the point that PCs and next-gen shouldn't suffer this badly due to old tech. Limitations are fine but this is too much.
My request is to provide an optional update/download with improved sound quality for next-gen and PCs. I would prefer that next over some DLC expansion almost 100%.
Thank you for your time and consideration Ubisoft Team.
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
