Game controller stopped working

Game
controller buttons on right hand side stopped working during "Breaking the order, Grantbridgescire". The attack and action buttons

stopped working, so I could not get back in the boat. Had to exit game using PS button. Did a restart and load game again, not able to start game since the button doesn't work in the game. The controller works on every other game on the same playstation, but not Valhalla. Have also tried to reinstall the game, but I can't start the game, button doesn't work.
Also tried installing without Internet, to avoid downloading latest patch, that didn't work either. -
