The Fly Agaric mushrooms in Grantebridgeshire look as if they've been picked already/will not spawn in. Location is just south-east of Ely Monastery.

@ubiwan I tried that a few times within England, but I just travelled to Norway, did a few exploration events (approx. 1 hour) and came back and it looks like it reset!

@ubiwan I actually have another issue with the Man's Best Friend Ability. When I completed the side quest, the pet wolf got distracted by some wildlife and I was unable to get the first/second level of the ability. I have seen others address this as well, are the devs looking into this?
