I have pre-ordered the game to PC on 06.11.2020 but it is not available on my library.
Payment went trough without any issues and I can only see the game in my order history.

@devastator0327 have you closed down ubisoft and restarted it, Ive had before with a game on there, that works or it will show up tomorrow

I bought the game this afternoon,
After buying i had a error after paying for the game.
I got no email, or game in my games selection, I allready made a ticket to the support.
But maybe its allready a known issue

I have the same thing, I've opened a case too.
There's an increasing amount of this same issue appearing around the web though.
One thing I have noticed is that my account on Uplay/Ubisoft Connect appears to be different to what is shown on the UBI Store, my previous orders don't match up (connect shows all of my older orders, but not the new order. The store shows the new one but none of the previous ones)
I hope this gets sorted before Tuesday.

In terms of the different details, just to confirm have you checked that it's the same account and you may not have been logging into a different account on one of the two platforms?
@ubi-baron I have, it's 100% the same account. Everything on the account is the exactly the same except the orders list.

Just to be certain, I've logged out of everything and logged back in with the exact same details on everything and it still isn't right.
I've changed my avatar and the change is reflected everywhere except the Ubisoft store, it's as if it has unlinked the store and my account, even though the log in details are the exactly the same

One is likely the version presented on the client, as it is a site loaded into the Ubisoft Connect client.
Regardless the Support Team will be able to look into this from the account side and clear the issue up.

I am also having the same issue as the people above. I bought the game through the Ubisoft store. The game shows up as one of my completed orders on Ubisoft connect and it says that the game should be displayed in my library. However the game has not appeared.
I never received a confirmation email either. I have used 100 Uplay coins for 20% off and they have come out of my account.

I've just bought the Valhalla Gold edition from your EU store, and use 100 U coins for the 20% discount. The game havn't arrived in Ubisoft Connect, and i've havn't received anything from you in my mails. Perhaps there was a technical problem, but your EU store says now, that i've already purchased the game (Gold edition), and therefore cant buy it again. And my 100 u coins are gone. I'm not able to confirm my payment in my bank (maybe cause its sunday - dunno) , but still - I cant buy it again from shop and used U coins.
This is not a pro experience, and now i wouldn't be able the play this from realease date.
Please sort this out.

I'm having the exactly the same problem and I just opened new post before noticing that it's probably a common issue.I also spent my points for discount and even checked my bank account to see the 48€ are gone
