@crivdarr I ordered three days ago and still does not appear in library, sent ticket, no reply, put in a dispute with Paypal for non delivery of product

Ubisoft seem to be replying more quickly to people through Twitter Direct Message about this exact issue of game not showing in library. It's a mess in here & the tickets they have to go through is insane right now. I recommend trying Twitter even if you don't use & HATE Twitter like me but it'll definitely be quicker.
@xenobiz I was going to call my bank to have them dispute the charge but banks are closed today lol. I've read the same stuff. I was hesitant to buy this in the first place.

I played the game for 7 hours. I logged off and the next morning I couldn't get in the game. I check the launch logs and apparently the new patch invalidated my activation token. It sucks to pay for something and not get it.

as topic title says, my order number is 1015055326. Cmon I work 14hr shifts and one of my only days off. I spend 60$ on a game i expect it to be available in my ubisoft connect library....

Hey man i feel your pain i have the same issue i have waited for 7 hours now and it is still not in my library i have texted ubisoft on twitter but still no answer
I purchased AC Valhalla on Ubisoft Connect roughly 9 hours ago now. I have checked with my bank and the money has been taken out of my account and order processed on their end. When I check the "my orders" section within Ubisoft Connect it says the game is in my library yet it is no where to be seen. Would love any help offered.
@sharkboy639 You’re not alone I’ve also been having this exact same issue. It’s so frustrating, I purchased the game, the first day the game came out for pre-order I was able to play it fine but the next day I couldn’t open the game I tried everything before uninstalling the game to see if that would work but it only made it worse because I no longer had the game at all. It was no where to be found and when I went to the Microsoft store on my Xbox it said I had to buy AC Valhalla again. I have my order receipt from the pre-ordered game i had bought and I’m currently trying to get ahold of the Ubisoft support team. Have you found any resolution to this issue?
@kingl3pirdi5 None yet, I've tried every suggested fix from their support section and emailed the support team for answers since their support chat is down for some reason. I'm hoping someone will reply to this thread with useful information eventually.
@sharkboy639 Hope something useful comes too, I’ve been so eager to get to play the game but there’s nothing I can do but wait. So frustrating, I love Ubisoft and enjoy their gaming franchises this is the first time I’ve ever had a real issue with Ubisoft though.

i have pre-ordered since may but the game is not in my library today, even though it's been released. Money taken but where my game, No response to Twitter DM and Ubisoft support. What should I do now?
Same here. this is really a serious a problem since a lot of similar threads are getting locked.
I do believe there should be a warning on the sale page, not only that product will not be available, also that support channels don't work and are convoluted.
Any customer should be able to see that if they buy a digital product or service on the official game store they won't be able to access such a service instantly and there will be a delay.
Unfortunately having this as a bigger thread or would affect game sales and probably some jobs.
Having a "grab your money and please wait policy" is not exactly expected for digital delivery content.
Especially when same team leave the "default option" to buy the game being the expensive versions.
But i guess game companies can do what they want on such unregulated market.
Its been more than 48 hours and no one replied to my case and no one replied to me on the forums from the ubisoft staff they don't listen or do anything for the people that blew alot of money because the ubisoft store is garbage and said ops failed please try again and again and again and then find out that they got charged and didn't even get the game.
