Same for me. Preordered 9 november and still nothing in my library. But the money has been transfered from my account so it obvious a problem on UBISOFT's end.

@pheonixtechg yes same here.. i guess there is a delay when purchasing digitally... i purchased thru the website.. and i can see it in orders, but wont show up on my ubiconnect yet.

Frustrating =/

@tlunkan they said it takes up to 24 hours to get the order ... guess that's out the window now.

@ubi-swaggins Hi, I try to submit a support case email but when clicking the Submit email button it does nothing. I have tried in Firefox and Chrome, both do nothing. How else can i submit a case?

Been close to 30+ hrs and Valhalla still not showing in library. Received no email confirmation and only shows I ordered on Ubisoft connect, not online in the store. My card was charged too..

@avideclipse Im not gonna let them scan me, i can see the transaction is still pending, and i wont buy it before all of the money is back IF i dont get the game from the first attempt.

I got no email, or any game in my games selection
and it still took money from my bank account but i did not get the game?

Same here. Getting a refund. I will never use Uplay again

Been over 24h for me now. And 0 response from support. This is pretty infuriating, especially since a refund isn't possible..

I'm having the same issues, following the thread hoping for a fix/response/statement. Not used Ubisoft for a while, thought I'd come back and give it a try again, regret that now.
