Mine took about 2 hours, same issue as everyone. Order in order history in app but not on website, money taken out immediately.

I kept refreshing, and clicking between store and games, not sure if it helped or i just lucked out.

I even have it in my library and it is installed already, but I cant press play or nothing. It just says ''Pre-loaded'' IM SO MAD.

well 9 hours now.. still nothing..... omg and then another 4 hours to download it ..... My Disappointment Is Immeasurable And My Day Is Ruined

@antik789 thats actually what bites. they know they are having issues but they continue taking in the money for orders they cannot deliver. bait and switch style. illegal in the usa.

I bought the game 8 hours ago, still not in my library. (in orders it says "Your game is displayed in the Uplay library") They had no issues taking my money though. If it's not there by midnight i'm refunding.

Are we all just talking together while constantly checking our Ubi Launcher...cuz I am. 5 hrs down.

Put in a ticket in game downloads, about 1 1/2 hours wait time for me. It's up. 30 mins after ticket was put in.

I ordered at 8pm gmt +1 (6 hours ago) my game just arrived in my library.
I DID contact support once
I DID get a confirmation e-mail right away
I DID see the order information in the Ubisoft Connect client (but not on the homepage)

When i buy a game, i want to download it right away. If you guys are having trouble with it, TELL PEOPLE THAT IT IS A DELAY!

If it was Steam, people could have played it without worries.. Are you guys incompetent?
