Well, I'm only 2 hours in. What a joke. You'd think upon release of such an IP they'd be 100% sure their system could handle this, but no. I'm really disappointed and it's the last time I buy something from you. I refunded and got a CD key from elsewhere.

@scooch111 I'm not playing through uUbi+, just waiting for my purchase. As for the ghost installs, I'm at a complete loss.

Isn't it ironic content creators are streaming ACV as we speak and most of them got the game for FREE and early, yet your paying costumers are in the dark atm...

hi i order assassin creed valhalla twice on ubisoft connect by accident the first time i tried it said error/failed transaction tried the second time and got the same propet but i this time i get a message on my phone saying i paid twice for the game so overall i paid 220 euros in total and the game doesnt show up in my library not in my orders can i please refund both of them because i tried buying the game on
epics and it worked so in total with ubi and epic i pain 220 euros and 119 usd please for the love of god cancel the 220 euros

and this is the first time ever to write a complaint on here so i dont know if i addressed anything correctly i have the ticket i issued as well

3:30 hours in for me and still no game. I can't even send a support ticket anymore, when you choose the category on the support page, it just locks the send button and shows you a message saying they know about the issue... Got the email confirmation, my credit card was charged and no game on my library...

@devils_7ru7h With Ubi support at the state that it is, i'd imagine that you'll only be able to get a refund a few weeks down the line if at all.
