Imagine making a new PC client for your video game megacorp and having engineers hired on full time to deal with problems. Imagine on a monday morning, with everyone clocked in to work, you can't get your store to function as a store for over 12 hours straight.

Now imagine telling thousands of your customers to wait without any compensation.
Imagine being that profoundly incompetent.

This is hillarious, I ended up refunding my 60$ main game purchase and got the ubisoft+ sub instead. The game became available instantly. What a freaking day.

@zealotq So we can just subscribe to their monthly service, and they game is available to pre-download? I might try and refund mine and go this route if it goes on any longer...5 hrs and couting.

Yeah, I JUST pre-ordered the game without knowing it could take up to another day before I can even play it. Does anyone know if there is even a slight chance you can still get it before it releases at midnight tonight?

@iplayzxd The game released in Europe two hours ago, I paid for it ~10 hours ago and I still can't even start downloading it

I bought the game on epic games, pre loaded it, then I realized that the game will be late on the platform. so, I refunded my purchase and bought it in ubisoft connect only to get to knoow that orders are delayed for 24 hrs after purchase(happened to me) which puts it after the epic games store release.

@petepetersonx We can all be disappointed together tonight at 12:01 when we can't play the game!

@ucatnip I was at 8hrs and just gave up. Big question now is if my 60$ refund goes through. I mean it should because otherwise they would break EU consumer law but i wouldnt be surpised if that too gets screwed up somehow

@zealotq I'm sure the refund will go through but it will probably take over a week based on what I've been reading elsewhere.

@khodemchuk Damn, you would think their servers could handle last minute pre-orders and pre-loads. I'm actually extremely disappointed now.

Ridiculous, game is officially out in Europe, but i can't play it because i already bought it.

Premiere in Poland an hour ago, the game ordered 8h ago, the game is still gone, and I do not even know if I will be able to play because I do not have confirmation from Ubisoft that the purchase went, if I have to ask for a refund is probably wait a week ...

@zheega Alright, I say we boycott. Let's see if it even starts pre-loading at midnight in the US and if it doesn't, we do a mass refund, all of us on the forum, all at once.

Just started to download. It finally appeared.
Bought the game 15pm on 11/9/20, its now 1am 11/10/20. So about 10 hours.

Its frustrating but I guess its just a waiting game for all of you guys.

(I didnt contact support or anything, just kept an eye on this thread)
