This is an absolute joke. Glad I preordered a game that I can't even play by release day and can't even refund due to the support system being offline. COVID-19 my [censored]. Its digital [censored] delivery.
I have a confirmation email and they took my money. No record on my account and nothing in my library. Worst part of it all? The game is OUT where I live. Its not even a preload for me, I should be playing right now!
@thecubee Yes, i can see it in my orders, it says, that it is available in my library, but this is not the case.
For me I can 'officially' buy the game now through the ubisoft store however I am still waiting for my pre-order to show in my library after 9 hours

@vengarr89 it refreshes itself. it just changed the page from "preorder now" to "available now". However, still nothing in my library
it's officially released in my region now and i'm still waiting... i can't describe how angry i am...
Can people in regions where the game has released confirm that the game appears? Maybe restarting the client after midnight?

those two things are not related to each other
what a joke the game already available we bought it before release and we CAN'T play it!
