@khodemchuk Uplay was replaced by Connect, they are functionally the same thing though. All our PC Ubi games will be through Connect from now on.

@khodemchuk as far as i know Uplay launcher has been discontinued and superseded by Ubisoft connect launcher (Updated launcher ?) anyway that's what i understand it as.

Purchased the game a hour ago, got an e-mail confirmation but the game isn't showing up in my library. Nice to have a pre-load option but...

If any one of the moderates reading this. I been waiting for almost 10 hours and still the game isn't showing and on my ticket i get no answer.

It feels really bad seeing people got theirs after 4-5 hours and here I am, almost 35 hours later, still not seeing my game on the application.

@darkerikviper Ubisoft isn't the quickest when it comes to replying. Last week i refunded Watch Dogs Legion and it took Ubisoft 8 days to reply.

@senninha-75 This is just annoying i did everything uninstall uplay reinstall uplay change my country on the support page because The netherlands site isn't working. I can tell i never going to buy a game on ubisoft store i will preorder at a local game store from now on.

Bought Assassins Creed Valhalla Ultimate Edition earlier and it does not show up in my orders nor in my library and I cant seem to contact support either, what do I do?

Same issue here. Bought mine some 6 hours ago, but it's still not in my library... meh!

Still doesn't work for me it's just frustrating with ubisoft and it's potato of servers

I purchased the game through Epic originally and found out later that it will be a day later release so I purchased a second copy through Ubisoft Connect to be able to play today on the earlier release and it is still not letting play.. Basically stolen more money for no game to play.

6 hours in. No game.

So by now I refunded... good bye ubi... you can play your games yourself- Its rated pretty bad anyways...
