@Vengarr89 Yes- probably we should just all wait for the "free" version of the game and refund right now.
Considering UBI seems to think we can wait whatever amount and time does not matter- waiting for a patch that makes the game free on popular internet sites is probably the most just thing to do.
Although I know there is worse things in life than not to play right away. They advertise the promise "be the first to play" so somebody in the company seems to know that there is people who want that...

@xxgrimhildxx Nope. can confirm I repurchased in launcher but still nothing. i cant believe this is actually a proclaimed company. I feel like I'm dealing with a Kickstarter right now.
So I'm one of the many customers who havn't recived the product I've paid for yet.
What really annoys me about the response Ubi has delivered so far, is the "just wait 24 hours".
Like, you damn well know all of us bought it specifically to play as soon as possible, at release. You could at least pay us a little respect and recognize that you know this isn't good enough, that the premise for the deal we made was that we would be able to play the game as soon as possible.
Seeing all of your "pre-order now" and "pre-load now" promotion is just offensive, when you've gladly taken my money, but failed in fufilling your end of the deal.
Just saying "wait 24" hours is blatantly repsectless, by that time, you'll have nothing but angry customers because, as I said, you damn well know why we bought the game early.
What you should have said was something along the lines of:
"We are aware of delays in processing some orders on the Ubisoft Store. Unfortunately, it may take up to 24 hours for your content or game to appear on your account.
We realize this will dissapoint the majority of players who support us and want to enjoy our products as soon as possible, and we will attempt to find a fitting compensation for all customers affected.
If you are still missing your content after 24 hours, please let us know, and we'd be happy to investigate further! Please check this thread for further updates."
Instead of just pretending this is an unfortunate incident that nobody can be blamed for, and which cannot be expected to never occour.
@xxgrimhildxx No, i bought it via the launcher and waited for 4 and a half hours before it showed up.
@ubi-litten Facebook and Twitter support don't reply. Been waiting for 3 hours now. Ubi dropped the ball on this lauch, hope they'll make it up to us.
@sunbroslam the game dose not come out till Nov 10 EST so epic has the right time (likely 8-10am est)
I'll be damned. Mine just showed up after 9 hours. Too bad I won't play today anyway. My internet sucks.
4 hours and still no game showing up. I received the email confirmation right away and it shows up in my orders, but nothing in Games yet.

I had word with support and they told me it should "work" now go so maybe I'll keep my fingers crossed soon
Same here , I bough almost four hours ago.
I have an email confirmation , I bought via the launcher and I can see the order in my order history.
