Yeah I bought mine going on 7 hours ago and I don't have anything in my library or any response on twitter or anything. I legitimately don't understand how Ubisoft thinks this is okay. They just take $60+ from people and never deliver the product? What????

@kaffertjie Same, although some people say they at least see the purchase in their order history. I do not. Although my bank account definitely shows the charge. Now I wonder if I will ever receive the game since Ubisoft does not even register me purchasing it.

@samendio This is what I'm worried about. I really don't want to have to dispute the charge on my card, but I will if I don't get the game. It's pretty pathetic that it has to go to that length though.

Bought the preorder about 2-3 weeks ago, they withdrew 5x the amount of the preorder and still didn't give me the game, told me to wait until i preorder again, so i did, and now i don't even get it on release...

Ok, so for me, my order showed up in Ubisoft Connect, but not on the website. I did not get a confirmation email from Ubisoft, I did get confirmation from Paypal. It took close to 6 hours to finally show in my library.
It's preloading now. Download speed is fast so it's only taking 10 minutes.

@exocraze I don't have Game in Order History, but i get mail from Ubistoft Store with confirmation.

@phalandir I got an email from Ubisoft with confirmation and it shows up in my orders on the Connect App, but it doesn't show up in my purchases on the website.

@jarucha2010 I got no notification when the game became available at all. It just showed up. I just restarted the program every 5 minutes like a trained monkey.

@exocraze same here. I got the email, its in my order history, no game is in the library to actually play. I thought it would be like Steam - you buy the product, it appears and you download the product. Last game I buy on Ubisoft.
