Purchased the game yesterday evening money was allocated from my account yet the game is still not available on my uplay connect, unable to download or even showing up.
I can see the game on my order history on the website but unable to download the actual game its been more than 24 hours already.
I REALLY GOT A NERVOUS i dont have game and i dont have money

Just to valhalla and it is not showing up in my libary . i have reloaded . logged in and out and nothing . tried to contact support during their posted chat hours and had to make a ticket . What kind of crap is this. I need a answer or i am getting my money back . You all have been around long enough to have this crap not happen or you just dont care anymore.
i bought the game, got charged 60$. Patiently waiting for 30 mins only for the game to never show up in my downloads or library on ubisoft connect. I opened up a support case and have still been waiting. When can i either get my money back or the game back
Purchased the game 11/12 a little after midnight Eastern Standard Time.
Created a support case, almost 48 hours after purchase now - and it still hasn't shown up in my library.
I saw that they had issues then they fixed them but they actually didn't then they did. I'm way over 24 hours or whatever they've been saying to wait.
No response on my case, I am sad.
Has anyone else had to wait this long?

You're better off sending them a tweet, follow them on twitter first though.
If you already follow them you can send a DM on twitter stating your account name/email adres, the problem you're facing and on what platform.
It will also create, eventually, a ticket automatically on your ubisoft account. (which i think is kinda handy)
Here on this forum they barely reply i notice or they ask for things i cannot provide or shouldnt have to.
Anyway hope your problem gets solved soon.
Hello I purchased the game on Sunday 8th November. It still isn't showing in my library.
I logged a support ticket, but have not had a response as yet.
Is anyone else still waiting?
