

same happening with me but bought off epic, a wierd issue though, it needs a pre order key to play the game, and i bought it on the 11th. Hello ubisoft???
Can someone please open my support ticket? It has been 48 hours since I purchased the game and I have not received any response from a customer service rep. Case number 13186551.
@hellen-_-keller I opened a ticket and chatted with support, they said I should receive an Email shortly since it has been escalated. That was 48 hrs ago... silence since. Ill let you know once I hear something

@hellen-_-keller OMG finally, Just opened my Ubisoft connect and it is there to Download! Hopefully no more bugs moving forward
@ubi-baron I've had left 3 messages to Ubisoft Support team but not a single reply was made. Oh! Right! Is it because of the Covid19??? . . .
@pmacleod I don't know what country you live in, but maybe try to figure out whether this is even legal by your country's laws?

hey could you please let me know wat you did to get a response ive been trying for three days and have lost 270 dollars trying to get the game as i was charged twice on my second attempted
@o5pr3y01 honestly this is the worst experience ive ever had buying a game i don't understand how there's even an issue in me buying the game and not receiving it yet still being charged
