Odin sight, water, fire and weak points all low res and pixelated bug

All of the effects in the title appear very blocky and pixelated, in particular the odin sight and water. This is not a settings issue as it persists even when settings are set to max (texture, world, AA etc.) and resolution scale 100%. Even forcing AA through the nividia control panel or tweaking reshade does not help so I can only assume this is a issue with the forced AA or a just simply a bug.
This pixelated low res effect does also occur in Origins, Odyssey and Ghost Recon Breakpoint (mostly the fire), so it is not a new issue. However those games had far greater pc settings customisation and so we could reduce or remove the pixelated effects.
The low quality effects is incredibly distracting and ruins the rest of the visuals which look far better in comparison. -

I also struggle with the same bug... Everytime I use odin sight my eyes hurt for a brief second and every time I use a bow I struggle to look at the enemies or know exactly where their weakpoints start and end. Don't even get me started on how unappealing the game looks amidst a raid due to the low res fire.
It's a shame because I really enjoy the brutality of the game but after trying so many different fixes and tweaking so many different options I can't seem to fix these low res problems.
Just for reference in case this helps the devs: I'm rocking an i7-6700 3.4ghz cpu and an RTX 2080.
