You will have to pay me to play this trash!!!
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Now we know why they did not launch on Stream. They would have had to give refunds.
Yeah... it's really difficult for me to praise anything I think Ubi did well with this game when I feel like we literally paid them a non-refundable expensive fee to be their Beta game testers.
I already stopped playing. I'll return to it 6 months from now when it's in playable condition.
@missm16
If you can get past the bugs, the game is great.
Most of them are visual so they don't bother me too much, the ones that aren't just visual obviously are more of an issue, but those are few and far between.
I'd say the game needed another 3-6 months to be finished, however with the current lockdowns, developing games isn't so easy.
Usually I'd be more upset about the bugs, but it is what it is.
Cyberpunk 2077 keeps delaying for the same reason, only difference is they have more money to keep delaying the deadline, whereas Ubisoft probably didn't have a choice.
Could be cause of stockholders too.
Personally I'm lovin' the game, and the bugs just remind me of playing games in the 90s.
I’m enjoying it. It has its flaws but I’ve encountered no game breaking bugs. I’ll finish it then come back after all the dlc has been released.
@bigboss871987 The game is awesome (I'm around 100 hours in).
As you haven't played it and are therefore ignorant of its merits, I can confirm it is not 'trash'.
There are a few minor bugs which so far I've been able to work past. The game does crash occasionally (every 15 hours or so for me) but the auto-save is so good I've yet to lose any significant progress.
And I don't think anyone will be interested in paying you to do anything.

Sofa i'm starting too think your an Ubi employee, or Yves Guillemont's lover, one of the two, or both, how do you know he/she hasn't played it, because you like it and they don't.
Your second paragraph tells all i need too know about you, especially the last part of the second paragraph. Your the type of player that if the game started to the main screen, then sat there you'd be happy, and say it's working.
The auto save is not good if it looses any data significant or not, get a grip mate.
I agree, totally trash.
Sure it looks and some what feels great but these bugs and continually crashing, this should've been beta tested for at least 6 months.
It's nothing but pure greed, get the game out before December bla bla bla
Not fair for anyone paying for the game.
I love the fishing but hate the casting system as Eivor just pulled it back out the water after the cast,, so far this is my only like/hate about the game play..
It has to be said, I prefer the old system from the earliest to Odyssey.
If it ain't broken, don't fix it.
@sofajockey agreed, the game is awesome, aside from some bugs it’s definently well done, usually when i see someone go “REEEEEE DONT PLAY THIS GAME” and then state they haven’t played it themselves i can only imagine a drooling toddler on the other end who has personal issues with the company themselves I mean like why even waste the time unless you just a total douchbag?
fan boys are breeding like flys it seems, they musta figured out what hole to stick it in finally
@mac-70 Let me put you right on a few things:
The OP said they would need to be paid to play it (and I'm sure that hasn't happened) so they can't have done so. People can debate pros and cons, but the game is clearly far from 'trash' so the point just needed a friendly rebuttal.
What you should take from my point is that I'm not an entitled gamer unable to cope with a few minor bugs. It's not as polished as Origins or Odyssey certainly, but a game of this size is going to have a few glitches.
Any crashing is annoying, but when the game plops me back into the middle of a quest where I was (not respawning everyone) then I'd say that is a solid auto-save.

Your still assuming the OP hasn't played the game.
The fact that you put I've yet to loose any significant progress in your first post, and not respawning for every one in brackets in your second post, say's it all about the auto save being as you describe soo good.
You have yet too put me right on any thing.
Your comment about entitled gamers well.
I remember a judge telling me one thing year's ago before he done me a favour, there's two type's of people in this world, those that sit at the table, and those that lie on the floor waiting for the scrapes. It's on believable the amount of times i have found this too be true. Do your self a favour and git it of the floor mate.
