Moved 'Q' (secondary hand attack) stopped working/altered

So here is the thing:
-got a War Hammer in my right hand
-got a Dagger in my left hand
-got a bow on my back.
While playing I used to:
-press LMB to attack with hammer, shift+LMB for heavy attack with hammer
-press 'Q' for parry, hold 'Q' for sequence of attacks with dagger
-press RMB for bow
Suddenly, something has changed.
When I press LMB (or shift+LMB) and right after 'Q' - a bow attack is performed.
Some strange bow atatck that does not use my arrows, but it is bow that activates instead of my left-hand weapon.
I did not change anything in keybindings. I undid last couple skills I obtained, What is more - I UNEQUPPED bow and still the bow attack is being performed.
Holy f*****g s**t, this game is so bugged.... -
There is a skill - not sure what it's called - that chain attacks melee and bow. Most likely that and not a bug.

@wojak88ldz69 In Options you change the key bindings for either M+K or Controller.
I use PC + Controller.
Went into options, Controller Keybinding.
Left Hand Action changed it to LT - Left Trigger
Aim/Ranged Abilities changed it to LB - Left Button. -

The issue eventually resolved itself after I restarted the game and loaded a previous save, but it was irritating and deinitely a bug.
