Cannot cross-progress from ps4 to PC

How to I access the game on PC if I bought it on ps4? the game shows in my library on the browser client, but not present in Ubisoft Connect desktop app. No way to install the game despite clearly already owning it? Does anyone have a solution to this?

Hey jacobey_, you would need to own the game on PC itself in addition to owning a copy on PS4 if you wanted to access your save data on both and continue playing on either. You can use the same save data between platforms, as cross-platform progression is supported, but you still need to own the game on each platform for it to work.
