Key Missing in Saint Albane's Abbey

I raided Saint Albane's Abbey just because I was passing by, when I did this I killed the soldiers in the church. Later in the game now I am on a quest where I need to get the key to go down under the church but the people in the church are not re-spawning so neither is the key. I have restarted the game multiple times and killed enough time for all of the soldiers to re-spawn, which they do except the ones in the church, the one with the key. Any help to this? I have been all over the area hoping for a second entrance but cannot seem to find one.

Same here, the large soldier in the church did not have a key to loot. Have not started the quest line for this area but anticipate having this issue.
