I just completed 10 contracts but I'm still unable to talk to Reda. He has a big quest icon over his head but I cant interact with him.

I also have this issue. I did the quest with the children several hours of game time back, so would really like to not lose my progress if possible. Any update on this bug would be great.

I can no longer interact with reda or access his shop. I can still interact with other thousand eyes NPC's to accept quests but not reda. I'm on ps4 if that makes a difference. Also enemies seem to bug out and teleport around randomly in the middle of some fights. As in, I'll be hitting an enemy and staggering him and literally in the next frame he will have his sword in me with no indication that he was about to attack

I solve it. I wait until he tell a story to the kids. After i listen to it i was able to speak with him.

@arturoo112 Still nothing after 50+ hours, also did the kids quests several hours prior to this, on Viking for hire, its complete, I have the opals to hand in to get the Horse, cannot interact with Reda. 24 hours to go to claim. Not looking good.

did all ten Viking for hire contracts and went to speak with reda for quest but cannot speak with him restated game done other quest slept ect anyone else have this problem

I have this issue and I have been unable to get any Opal quests for two days.
It's really frustrating as I am trying to rush for the horse that's on sale and now I am going to miss it.
So the people who miss this item now because of this bug what is Ubisofts solution? Can you postpone the horse items on sale so we get longer time? Or wait let me guess, we just have to wait until it appear again in maybe one months time when no one is playing anymore OR you know you can always pay for it with real money.
If Ubisoft doesn't make this right it's so scummy. They promise you can get the items from the store in-game and but when there is something interesting the game "accidentally" bugs out.

Sorry if I come across as really angry because I am frustrated. Ubisoft gave us a way to get items in the store, I don't like it but I complied and tried to farm for it and now I can't get it anyway. I'm sorry if that makes me upset.

@toeken42 The bug happened to me after that mission.

Unable to interact with Reda in the town. The quest "Vikings for Hire" became available and after that wasn't able to speak to Reda.

The quest "Big Finish" in asgard still unable to complete due to bug when getting the paint
Quest for the museum to steal the statue unable to complete because the npc is now stuck being "distracted" by the child who just repeats the same thing over and over
Side quests unable to complete due to other bugs such as the bugs with moving the movable shelve things. (The shelves that you move usually blocking hidden holes and doorways) Sometimes these movable objects just stop being movable for no apparent reason.

Same for me... I tried everything you wrote here but still I cannot interact with Reda.

hmm.. done 10 contracts, but still unable to interact with reda to check out the opal store or interact with him to clear the vikings for hire quest.. sad.

Jumping into this thread to also confirm this bug on PC. Earlier Reda would tell the AC Origins story every time i entered camp, i've listened to him complete it like 10 times before in order to interact with him. Now that it's time to turn in the Viking for Hire quest, he's no longer surrounded by the kids, and he's just sitting on the ground being uninteractable.
